Online LIVEi Terms

Learning Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Online LIVEi course for any reason, you have the option of retaking the Online LIVEi course, led by a different instructor, at no charge. Alternatively, you may choose to participate in a Classroom Learning course at the New Horizons center nearest you or receive a refund of the course purchase price.

Retake Policy

To request a retake, contact the New Horizons center from which you purchased the original course or send an e-mail to service.online@newhorizons.com. You must request the retake on or before your course completion date. In order to retake a course you must do so within 30 days of the original completion date of your course.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact the New Horizons center from which you purchased the original course or send an e-mail to service.online@newhorizons.com. You must request the refund on or before your course completion date. To receive a full refund for the course we must receive the New Horizons Online LIVEi Learning Kit within 10 business days of the refund request. You are required to return the kit in resell condition in order to get a full refund, otherwise the refund will be your purchase price less the cost of the New Horizons Learning Kit. New Horizons is not responsible for and cannot guarantee your local ISP performance speed or connection throughout your Online LIVEi learning experience.
