Mentored Learning

The Mentored Learning Approach
The Mentored Learning Approach is comprehensive training that is based on multimedia presentations by certified instructors, authorized vendor courseware and a one-on-one coaching relationship with the certified mentor. These resources are utilized at the student's own pace. The lab environment allows the student to work through courseware-provided labs as well as custom, real-world scenarios. These labs are student-specific, allowing their progress to be maintained through multiple sessions. Following the completion of the course, students may take a post-assessment to gauge their progress and show their readiness for certification exams.
Students attend class in 1/2 day increments, morning, afternoon or evening in a distraction free training environment. Students may also move on to the next course immediately.
